About the Role:

  • Own the full training lifecycle for Sidecar Health's operations teams.
  • Design content, facilitate sessions, manage logistics, and follow through on outcomes.
  • Focus on supporting Member Care operations, with flexibility to contribute to additional teams.

What You'll Do:

  • Manage all program logistics independently: LMS administration, scheduling, roster management, Zoom coordination, and SME preparation and briefing.
  • Evaluate training effectiveness and act on gaps proactively.
  • Collaborate with the broader Enablement team on knowledge management, L&D initiatives, and operational content projects.

  • Demonstrated end-to-end ownership of training programs.
  • Strong project and time management skills.
  • Clear and proactive communication skills.
