About the Role:
- Provide high-quality triage and coordination of transfers from other facilities.
- Monitor and respond to triage needs, completing direct referral acceptance processes.
- Utilize technology to review patient clinical needs and communicate acceptance or deflection.
Qualifications:
- Valid LVN license in State of Texas.
- Previous experience in behavioral health and substance use field preferred.
- Excellent customer service, verbal and written communication skills.
Work Environment:
- Position may be facility based or remote; shifts vary to support 24/7 department.
- Day and overnight coverage required, with shift times varying across US time zones.
