Director of Finance

The Director of Finance will be responsible for working directly with leadership to shape company-wide financial strategy while building out the processes, models, and reporting frameworks that empower data-driven decision making across the business. This role requires experience managing FP&A and strategic finance in high-growth and/or startup environments. Manage multiple aspects of financial planning processes across the company, including annual budgeting, forecasting, long-range planning, and scenario modeling. Partner cross-functionally to build and maintain financial models that drive strategic decision making. Create and own financial reporting frameworks, dashboards, and KPIs to track performance and improve forecasting accuracy.
