Role and Responsibilities:
- Be the Site and Network Partner, serving as the primary point of contact for clinical trial sites and building relationships with operational and account contacts.
- Lead site onboarding and training, ensuring coordinators feel confident using the platform from day one, and monitor platform experience to catch and escalate issues early.
Operational Excellence:
- Get the details right by accurately collecting and entering study and site configuration data, including payment schedules and IRB-approved amounts.
- Support site activation for large sponsor programs, coordinating with internal technical teams on integration needs like EDC connections.
Growth and Improvement:
- Build on what you learn by paying attention to patterns across studies and bringing recommendations to CS, operations, and Product teams.
- Contribute to process documentation to make each study run more smoothly than the last, improving how the team works and the platform evolves.
