Role Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end HR processes for professionals, including onboarding, visa renewals, and offboarding.
- Prepare critical HR documents like employment contracts, policy updates, and benefits enrollment forms.
- Maintain accurate employee records and data on the company platform, ensuring compliance and timely updates.
Customer and Partner Coordination:
- Act as the first point of contact for professionals and clients, resolving queries via email and other channels.
- Collaborate with external vendors such as insurance brokers, payroll providers, and pension administrators.
- Ensure service excellence by adhering to established SLAs and SOPs for all HR operations.
Process Improvement and Compliance:
- Conduct data audits to ensure accurate payroll processing and timely payments for professionals.
- Participate in continuous improvement of HR processes and update standard operating procedures.
- Utilize AI tools and a proactive mindset to enhance workflow efficiency and output quality in a fast-paced environment.
