Job Description
The Marketplace Experience Representative is responsible for ensuring UGG is positioned as a best-in-class brand within their respective city, delivering elevated consumer experiences across all physical brand touchpoints. They act as the eyes and ears of the marketplace, gathering key intelligence, driving local engagement, and ensuring our retail partners and brand spaces reflect the UGG brand ethos. The primary functions of this role include: Bringing the Marketplace Strategy to Life, Retail & Wholesale Support, Marketplace Intelligence & Field Reporting, Consumer Experiences & Localized Marketing. This role is ideal for someone who is deeply connected to their local market, thrives in a dynamic, customer and consumer-facing environment, and is passionate about brand storytelling, retail, and experiential marketing.
