Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the lifecycle of television programming by creating and maintaining network and syndication schedules in program management systems.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for syndicator portals to distribute critical metadata and assist with schedule distribution to external listings.
- Enter new syndication contracts and monitor program usage while notifying the group of schedule changes.
Operational Coordination:
- Act as a liaison between syndicators, Program Managers, and local station departments to ensure stakeholder satisfaction and smooth operation.
- Provide local markets with necessary programming data for FCC Quarterly Issues and assist with data maintenance across various industry software.
- Coordinate data across broadcasting platforms and conduct best practice reviews within software applications.
Support and Backup:
- Assist Program Managers with operational tasks and serve as a backup resource for the Program Manager team to maintain continuity.
- Ensure meticulous attention to detail in data entry and maintenance across multiple systems for accurate programming information.
