Key Responsibilities:

  • Define, implement, and continuously optimize CRM strategy across all communication channels.
  • Own the full customer lifecycle across both core products and Sweepstakes/Social Casino verticals.
  • Monitor, analyze, and report on CRM KPIs such as CLV, retention, conversion, and churn.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of CRM experience within Sweepstakes (social casino).
  • Hands-on experience with leading CRM platforms (Braze, Optimove, Salesforce, or similar).
  • Strong analytical skills, including segmentation, A/B testing, and campaign performance optimization.
