Job Description
As a Customer Experience Manager at Tenstorrent, you'll elevate customers through exceptional discovery, purchase, and product interactions, acting as a pit crew for AI developers and enterprises. This role involves owning CX initiatives, resolving pain points, advocating for customers, cultivating relationships, building self-serve resources, and tracking CX metrics.
You will drive end-to-end projects, ensuring accountability and eliminating friction across the customer lifecycle from discovery to adoption. Lead identification and swift resolution of customer pain points, taking a hands-on approach to ensure satisfaction. Influence internal teams with a CX mindset to ensure the brand promise is reflected in every touchpoint. You will also engage directly with key customers, amplifying their perspective through interviews and site visits. Develop and maintain customer-facing touchpoints, ensuring information is accurate, transparent, and well presented. Establish feedback loops, delivering useful insights to inform product development, marketing strategy, and overall business decisions.
