Job Description

Primary responsibilities:

  • Receiving, evaluating, and resolving incoming calls regarding Disability Benefits Law (DBL) and Paid Family Leave (PFL).
  • Delivering exemplary Customer Service to both internal and external customers.
  • Managing calls effectively for one-call resolution and accurate documentation.

Required skills:

  • Excellent customer service and communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and empathy.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office.
