Job Description
Primary responsibilities:
- Receiving, evaluating, and resolving incoming calls regarding Disability Benefits Law (DBL) and Paid Family Leave (PFL).
- Delivering exemplary Customer Service to both internal and external customers.
- Managing calls effectively for one-call resolution and accurate documentation.
Required skills:
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving and empathy.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
