Summary/Objective:
- Support the Ops team.
- Responsible for research, analysis, and reporting on data around new initiatives.
- Assist in the coordination of all finance and business planning functions.
Essential Functions:
- Develop and monitor operational performance forecast and recommend solutions.
- Incorporate data from multiple internal and external sources and communicate results to leadership.
- Prepare data for all administration finance functions, including monthly financial and statistical reports.
Key Deliverables:
- Translate quantitative analysis into practical operational recommendations.
- Assess drivers of facility financial performance and identify strategies to resolve issues driving variances.
- Perform in depth troubleshooting and root cause analyses.
