Senior Manager – Strategy & Growth (100% Remote)

We are looking for a strategic and entrepreneurial leader to help drive WIN’s next phase of aggressive growth in the U.S. residential services market and support the company’s emerging strategic initiatives in India. This role is ideal for a top-tier or competitive MBA graduate who combines analytical rigor with creativity and is excited by the opportunity to shape cross-market growth, strengthen partnerships, and help scale technology-led innovation. You will work directly with senior leadership and cross-functional teams to translate ideas into measurable business outcomes across strategy, operations, and new ventures. Identify and evaluate new growth opportunities in U.S. and emerging markets using data-driven insights. Develop business cases and go-to-market frameworks for new products, services, and partnerships. Lead pilot projects, assess outcomes, and recommend scale-up strategies. Support cross-functional alignment on key growth priorities and report progress to senior leadership.
