Responsibilities:
- Coordinate the provision of services with Walmart’s Global Corporate Relocation Shared Services group.
- Proactively lead execution of service delivery across multiple client programs.
- Serve as a people leader and direct manager for the Client Services Associate role, as applicable.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in relocation, corporate housing, property management, or a related customer service–driven industry.
- Exposure to supplier contract review, cost management, invoicing, and profitability oversight.
- Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills.
