About the Role:
- Become the outsourced CEO, COO, or President for a portfolio of solo and small law firm owners.
- You are accountable for business results, with no business development or sales required.
- Full-time W-2 role combining stability with variety across multiple businesses.
Requirements:
- 10+ years of executive leadership with a CEO, President, GM, COO, or EOS Integrator title.
- Direct P&L ownership for a company with $500K–$50M+ in annual revenue.
- Proven success improving profitability, cash flow, and building teams.
Compensation & Benefits:
- $110,000 base salary with performance compensation; $182,000+ on-target total.
- Medical, dental, vision (75% employer-paid), and company-paid disability.
- Unlimited PTO plus two mandatory paid weeks off; 401(k) with company match.
