Maven is looking for a hands-on leader to recruit, support, and develop the instructors who power our platform. You will 10x our instructor base, and lead a team that manages their onboarding, retention, and success. You will cultivate an instructor community, foster loyalty and a sense of belonging in an elite network. You will also oversee both customer and instructor support.

Lead, train and motivate a growing Team, communicate with leadership, and lead the Audit Team which receives requests from Payors. Comfortable bringing new ideas and process improvement suggestions, manage requests, oversee escalation calls, and participate in project teams. Coordinate with location/client management on complex issues.

Lead Pismo's Implementations projects and manage relationships with 3rd parties. Define team goals and responsibilities, oversee implementation projects, and track and implement KPIs. Ensure visibility of project evolution to stakeholders and optimise time to value for clients. Bring feedback/insights to leaders, and be aware of the features and evolutions of the Pismo platform.
