What you'll be doing:
- Optimize and develop clinical workflows to support clinician and patient experience.
- Develop mastery using EHR systems and internal tools for best-in-class processes.
- Monitor clinic phone and handle patient, clinician, lab, and pharmacy calls.
What we're looking for:
- Licensed Practical Nurse with active MN and compact license.
- At least 5 years of experience in healthcare operations.
- Experience with telemedicine and Epic EMR is a plus.
