Key Responsibilities:
- Staffing: Collaborate with charge nurses to assess current and future staffing needs, triage requests, and allocate resources equitably.
- Timekeeping: Complete entries for 4,000 employees, including clock in/out, historical adjustments, and Kronos reports.
- Other duties: Create documents using MS Word and Excel, solicit availability, and serve as a resource for payroll procedures.
Required Qualifications:
- Five years of experience in a clinical or administrative support role in a complex medical environment, or equivalent.
- Demonstrated ability to work in high stress, rapidly changing environments with multiple complex events.
- Excellent communication, database skills, and typing speed of 45 wpm.
