Job Description
The Operation Manager is responsible for: Driving Value Creation, providing direct oversight and accountability for P&L management, client experience, and value creation in collaboration with partners, conducting facility assessments to identify inefficiencies and ensure optimal use of resources, and executing strategic initiatives and projects across partnerships with a focus on value creation.
The Operation Manager will also have responsibilities for: Leading and Developing Hospital Leaders, empowering local leaders and staff with training to drive revenue growth and effectively manage costs, leading monthly hospital performance reviews to create a culture of accountability and business acumen, and fostering a collaborative team culture working together on projects.
Qualifications include: Experience managing operations with multi-site teams or complex business units across diverse industries, strong analytical acumen leveraging financial and operational data, and an entrepreneurial and results-driven approach.
