Job Description
The Executive Program Manager is responsible for providing overall direction for NamUs activities and initiatives, managing a diverse team of forensic scientists, case managers, and technical specialists. They maintain contractor interface with senior levels of the customerβs organization and track program strategies and budgets. Compiling program statistics and reports on performance metrics, consulting with stakeholders to review task plans and deliverables, and ensuring compliance with schedules, costs, and contractual obligations are essential functions.
Additionally, the role involves establishing and maintaining technical and financial reports, assigning responsibilities and overseeing task completion, attending national meetings, and maintaining quality systems, policies, and procedures. The manager will administer and respond to client requests, develop, execute, and track program strategies and budgets, perform resource forecasting, identify laboratory resources in the forensic sciences, and manage, train and mentor program staff.
