Role:
- Design and document T2 payment ops processes and validate in UAT.
- Be operational contact for T2 scheme, DNB, and partner banks.
What You'll Do:
- Own recalls, investigations, SWIFT enquiries, rejects, returns, and refunds.
- Run T2 daily, maintain CRDM data, and set up four-eyes controls.
- Manage migration from BNP Paribas to direct participation.
Success Looks Like:
- Processes have owners, documented procedures, and passing UAT evidence.
- No customer impact during migration and stable BAU after go-live.
