About the role:
- Be part of the SEPA & SWIFT team keeping payments moving.
- Resolve payment issues end-to-end and help build our Operations hub.
What you'll do:
- Handle SEPA and SWIFT recalls, investigations, and analysis.
- Work with banks to escalate issues and support new launches.
What we're looking for:
- 2+ years in payment ops or fintech with SEPA/SWIFT.
- Analytical, detail-oriented, proactive, with AI fluency.
