Payment Operations Associate, Payins

The Opportunity:

• Manage and streamline the payment process at Flywire.
• Optimize fund movement and reconciliation across global accounts.
• Support Payment Operations, Payouts, and Customer Support teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and match incoming payments to customer bookings.
• Reconcile accounting entries across global accounts and multiple currencies.
• Investigate and resolve unmatched or misapplied payments with internal teams and partners.

Qualifications:

• Undergraduate degree with 1-2 years of corporate experience in payments or banking.
• Expertise in payments identification and reconciliation.
• Exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
