About the Role:
- Plooto is looking for a Manager, Cross-Border & FX Payments to lead execution and growth of cross-border payments and foreign exchange business.
- This is a hands-on individual contributor role with meaningful business-line ownership, requiring strong influence and commercial judgment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own execution of Plooto's Cross-Border & FX strategy and drive growth in FX revenue and cross-border payment volume.
- Manage key banking, FX, and cross-border payment partnerships and lead cross-functional execution across Product, Marketing, Sales, and more.
Qualifications:
- Significant experience in cross-border payments, foreign exchange, treasury, or transaction banking.
- Strong commercial and analytical mindset, with experience owning revenue targets and influencing product roadmaps.
