Key Responsibilities:
- Own and execute the PSP and banking strategy across all relevant markets.
- Source, evaluate, and onboard new PSPs, acquirers, and banking partners.
- Optimize payment routing and approval rates while managing costs.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in FX or CFD brokerage and payments roles.
- Strong network across PSPs, acquirers, and banks with negotiation skills.
- Knowledge of AML/KYC, PSD2, 3DS, and high-risk merchant environments.
