Responsibilities:
- Perform intakes for outpatient referrals and develop educational materials.
- Gather pre-procedure history and coordinate with multidisciplinary team.
- Manage medication orders and anticoagulation protocols.
Qualifications:
- Three years of nursing experience and current RN license.
- Ability to provide care appropriate to population served.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
Working Conditions:
- Intensive work with lifting up to 100 pounds.
- Exposure to infectious diseases and behavioral health patients.
- Variable shifts including nights, weekends, holidays.
