Director, Care Advocacy - REMOTE

Accountabilities:

• Manage a team of 70+ clinical and non-clinical individuals to ensure exceptional care delivery and team performance.
• Oversee clinical components across Care Advocacy Services and conduct monthly budget reviews to manage operational costs effectively.
• Communicate with leaders on clinical and operational matters and partner with product and tech teams for successful technical releases.

Requirements:

• Demonstrate strong organization, analytical, and problem-solving skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Possess significant leadership experience and the ability to influence senior management and drive strategic direction.
• Exhibit a strong understanding of healthcare operations, change management, and building rapport with multi-disciplinary teams.
