In this role, you will coordinate hotel reservations and other travel-related bookings. It's also important to provide clients with accurate details about accommodations, amenities, and availability. Handle changes, modifications, and special requests promptly and professionally. You will communicate with guests via phone, email, and online platforms in a friendly and helpful manner. It's important to maintain accurate booking records and client profiles. Also, Collaborate with team members to ensure exceptional guest experiences. Stay current on hospitality trends, travel destinations, and supplier offerings.
