Job Description
As an IT Support Specialist, you will be responsible for resolving technical issues, maintaining hardware and software installations, and improving IT systems for our internal and external clients. You will need proficiency in network troubleshooting and experience with remote desktop applications and help-desk software. The role requires the ability to install and configure computer hardware, operating systems, and applications. Experience working with Windows, Android, and IOS platforms is necessary, along with the ability to multitask and work continuously on tasks until completed. Demonstrated problem-solving skills, attention to detail, excellent organizational skills and a customer service mindset are essential for this position.
