About the Role:

Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze multi-turn interaction flows to maintain state and reduce cognitive load.
- Identify overconfidence or overcaution and refine calibration of trust.
- Develop and test specialized personas for tone-alignment across industries.
Qualification Path:
- Bachelor's in HCI, Cognitive Psychology, UX Research, or Behavioral Economics.
- Native-level proficiency in primary language and B1 English.
