Project Management Responsibilities:
- Develop project scopes, schedules, budgets, and resource plans.
- Monitor project performance, budgets, and deliverables to ensure successful execution.
- Support proposal development, client pursuits, and business development activities.
ITS & Transportation Technology:
- Manage projects involving ITS infrastructure, communications networks, and traffic management systems.
- Oversee field investigations, system testing, and operational acceptance.
- Support emerging technologies like cloud-based applications and connected transportation systems.
Traffic Operations & TSMO:
- Manage TMC operations, TSMO programs, and regional traffic operations projects.
- Assist clients with performance reporting, operational improvements, and standard operating procedures.
- Coordinate with law enforcement and emergency management agencies on special events and incidents.
Client & Stakeholder Coordination:
- Serve as project manager and primary client contact for transportation operations projects.
- Coordinate with state DOTs, local governments, and MPOs across Tennessee, Alabama, North Carolina, and South Carolina.
- Lead project meetings, workshops, and stakeholder coordination efforts.
