Job Description
We are looking for a skilled individual to join our rapidly growing team at Bluelight Consulting as a Technical Recruiter. You will source software engineers experienced in Ruby on Rails, React, and Node.js, using LinkedIn Recruiter and Lever. Perform phone screens to ensure candidates possess the proper qualifications prior to interviews. Conduct in-depth interviews to qualify/disqualify candidates. The role involves administering and managing technical tests, creating and sending job offers, and participating in daily standups with the hiring, sales, and management teams. The goal is to source and hire at least two software engineers each month, aiming for 4+ engineers per month. The position is fully remote and only open to individuals located within Latin America.
