Job Description
We’re searching for an Enterprise Customer Project Manager to join our team. This enterprise project lead is responsible for onboarding insurance agencies onto our payment platform, Applied Pay. The Lead Implementation Manager is responsible for the initiation, planning and execution of Applied Pay implementation among our medium to large agency clients.
Onboard enterprise insurance agencies to the payments platform from kickoff to launch. Drive change management within the client organization and among their customers. Coordinate with multiple departments, including internal experts, to set up and train customers on the platform. Troubleshoot client issues that may arise as they implement the new payment solution. Track and report on the progress of multiple in-flight projects. Develop expertise in our payments solution and stay up to date on changes to the platform. Inform product managers of features needed to drive additional usage within the client base.
