Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct course audits: evaluate structure, pacing, engagement, and accessibility for 13 online courses.
- Deliver findings and recommendations documents with prioritized, actionable insights.
- Update or rebuild courses in Articulate Rise 360 based on approved recommendations.
Knowledge and Skills:
- Deep grounding in adult learning principles and instructional design models (e.g., ADDIE, SAM, Bloom's taxonomy).
- Advanced, hands-on Articulate Rise 360 skills, including blocks, interactions, quizzes, and Storyline blocks.
- Strong assessment design skills, including scenario-based questions and knowledge checks.
Education/Experience:
- Five or more years of instructional design experience.
- Minimum three years of hands-on Articulate Rise 360 experience within the past three years.
- Portfolio of live Rise 360 builds required.
