Responsibilities:
- Audit and evaluate 13 existing online courses from the learner's perspective, producing actionable recommendations.
- Redesign and rebuild courses using Articulate Rise 360, incorporating interactive elements and multimedia.
- Develop new courses and advise on instructional strategies, assessments, and content structure.
Requirements:
- At least five years of instructional design experience with a minimum of three years of hands-on Articulate Rise 360 experience.
- Strong understanding of adult learning principles and methodologies such as ADDIE, SAM, and Bloom's Taxonomy.
- Demonstrated experience auditing and redesigning existing courses, plus excellent written communication skills.
