Deliver Seamless Onboarding: Serve as the primary point of contact for new customers, guiding them through a structured onboarding process and ensuring a smooth transition from Sales to Implementation. Empower Through Training: Develop and deliver engaging training programs and materials for customers and internal teams, ensuring confident and effective use of onboarding and project management tools (e.g., Rocketlane). Champion Best Practices: Create and maintain a comprehensive repository of SOPs, templates, and governance artifacts to drive consistency and excellence across all onboarding projects. Foster Collaboration: Partner with Sales, Product, and Delivery to coordinate onboarding efforts and communicate customer feedback for ongoing improvement. Act as a Product Expert: Provide expert support, creative solutions, and product demos to resolve onboarding challenges and ensure a positive customer experience. Analyze & Improve: Track and report on onboarding and training metrics, using insights to refine processes and enhance customer engagement and retention.
