The Operations Specialist provides day-to-day operational support for the ACO. Responsibilities may include preparation of board presentations, practice communications, and minutes for ACO board meetings; coordination of key events such as ACO related retreats, kick-offs, and board meetings; assisting in designing and implementing key reports using business intelligence and CRM tools; and monitoring of compliance activities.
This role supports the Market President / Executive Director and field team on special projects, data requests and other program reporting requirements, as needed. Ideal candidates have a bachelor's degree plus 1 to 3 years of related experience and healthcare industry experience.
