Research Operations Specialist

Shape and build foundational frameworks that empower Mercury’s product teams to confidently and effectively conduct their own user research. This role is strategic, collaborative, and impactful. You'll build smarter systems, champion continuous discovery, and ensure research insights are effortlessly woven into Mercury's everyday decisions. Build and manage a robust participant panel and research CRM, ensuring Mercury teams have rapid access to diverse, high-quality participants. Implement, optimize, and manage tooling and automation (including workflow optimization and user-friendly AI solutions) to empower teams conducting research independently. Support teams by ensuring research insights are communicated clearly, shared widely, and effectively integrated into product and strategic decisions.
