Legal Counsel

As Kindred's first legal team hire, reporting directly to the General Counsel, you will be supporting our Product/Tech, Operations, and Marketing teams. This role requires someone with deep B2C marketplace experience who can navigate the complex regulatory landscape facing two-sided platforms while enabling rapid business growth. You'll need to be comfortable providing support across multiple practice areas, with primary focus on product and operations teams and occasional marketing support in this remote role, which can be based anywhere in the US. You will partner with product teams on feature launches, maintain terms of service, and provide marketing compliance support.
