Microservices Engineer

Role Overview:

• Build scalable, resilient back-end services and microservices using Python and Go.
• Contribute to APIs and distributed systems supporting millions of clients and critical infrastructure.
• Collaborate with a globally distributed engineering team in a remote-first environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain high-quality software and microservices operating reliably at scale.
• Implement comprehensive automated tests and ensure fault-tolerant, secure, and observable services.
• Apply DevOps practices and work with relational and non-relational databases.

Requirements:

• Proficiency in Python and/or Go with experience in scalable web services or microservices.
• Strong understanding of REST APIs, distributed systems, Linux, and CI/CD.
• Excellent communication skills and willingness to travel twice a year for company events.
