Job Description

Customer Service Tasks:

-Accepting and processing payments.

-Recording, researching, and maintaining records.

-Furnishing information to licensing applicants.

Applicant Communication:

-Answering telephone calls, emails, and written correspondence.

-Communicating applicant information.

-Assisting applicants with outreach to other city agencies.

Clerical work:

-Performing ordinary mathematical computations.

-Checking records for accuracy of information.

-Ensuring conformity with established policy and procedures.
