Commercial Lines Account Manager

Responsibilities:

• Own the renewal process from start to finish, from marketing to delivery, ensuring clients see you as their trusted advisor.
• Manage accounts across various industries, deepening your expertise with each renewal cycle.
• Lead the marketing and submission process, coordinating with underwriters, carriers, and client stakeholders to make the process seamless.
• Translate complex coverage forms and endorsements into clear, confident guidance for clients.

Qualifications:

• Active Property & Casualty license, with 3–5 years of experience managing commercial lines accounts.
• Familiarity with agency management systems like AMS360 or EPIC, and strong knowledge of policy forms and coverage analysis.
• Experience with complex risks (construction, hospitality, transportation) and carrier relationships are a plus.
• CIC, CISR, or CPCU designations are valued but not required.
