About the Role:
- Manage all aspects of client personal insurance needs.
- Explain coverages and resolve inquiries.
- Develop strong relationships with clients and carriers.
Responsibilities:
- Manage information gathering, applications, renewals, and policy administration.
- Maintain electronic records and process rewrites, endorsements, cancellations.
- Participate in a fast-paced, growing sales environment.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED required.
- NY State Personal Lines license and 3+ years experience.
- Exceptional customer service and organizational skills.
Benefits:
- Compensation $65,000-$75,000/yr.
