Responsibilities:
- Manage and retain a book of business by providing excellent customer service and proactive renewal processes.
- Handle day-to-day client servicing including certificates, endorsements, policy checks, and billing issues.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree and active P&C License required.
- 3+ years of Property & Casualty experience.
- Experience with Agency Management Systems, preferably Applied EPIC.
