Shape how Deel attracts and retains high-performing commercial talent across more than 100 countries. In this role, you’ll partner closely with HR, Finance, Talent Acquisition, and Sales leadership to develop, implement, and evolve compensation programs that are competitive, scalable, and aligned to business goals. Reporting to the Global Head of Total Rewards, this position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, high-impact environment and wants to deepen their expertise in global compensation design.
This is not a sales operations or commission processing role. While experience with incentive design is welcome, they’re specifically looking for someone who has supported compensation programs end-to-end from designing pay structures and leveling to approving offers and running annual review cycles for sales teams.
