This role involves overseeing all aspects of our resort operations, ensuring outstanding guest experiences, and driving business growth in this vibrant capital city. You will oversee daily resort operations, including front office, housekeeping, food and beverage, and maintenance departments. Develop and implement strategic plans to maximize revenue and profitability. Ensure the highest standards of customer service and guest satisfaction. Manage and mentor a diverse team of hospitality professionals. Create and maintain budgets, financial reports, and performance metrics. Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to develop and execute promotional strategies. Plan and coordinate special events and activities that showcase local attractions in Ankara. Address and resolve guest complaints and concerns promptly and professionally. Ensure compliance with Turkish hospitality regulations and industry standards. Continuously improve resort facilities, services, and guest experiences. Foster a positive work environment that promotes teamwork and excellence. Implement and maintain safety and security protocols for guests and staff. Stay informed about industry trends and implement innovative practices to enhance the resort's offerings.
