Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the end-to-end development of proposals, qualifications packages, and interview materials.
- Drive proposal strategy, win themes, and differentiators in collaboration with business development leadership.
- Manage multiple concurrent pursuits with varying deadlines and complexity levels.
Content Development & Strategy:
- Write, edit, and tailor proposal content including executive summaries and technical narratives.
- Translate complex technical information into clear, persuasive messaging.
- Ensure consistent voice, tone, branding, and messaging across all deliverables.
Compliance & Quality Control:
- Review solicitation documents and ensure compliance with all owner requirements.
- Manage document version control, formatting standards, and final quality reviews.
- Coordinate electronic and hard-copy production and final delivery of proposals.
Team Coordination:
- Coordinate with estimating, operations, engineering, legal, and executive leadership teams.
- Work closely with graphic designers to develop proposal visuals and infographics.
- Support interview preparation including messaging development and storyboard coordination.
