Role Overview:
- Develop Class 3 and Class 4 capital cost estimates for industrial, manufacturing, and warehouse projects.
- Perform detailed quantity take-offs and multi-discipline cost breakdowns.
- Establish and maintain estimating methodologies and standards.
Collaboration and Travel:
- Work with engineering, operations, procurement, and project management teams.
- Conduct site visits (~30% travel) to validate scope and conditions.
- Present estimates to leadership in a structured format.
Requirements:
- 10+ years of estimating experience in industrial environments.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Construction Management.
- Proficiency in ProEst, Procore, RSMeans, and advanced Excel.
