Responsibilities:
- Compile, review, and analyze project materials, labor, equipment, and overall costs.
- Prepare technical evaluations, cost estimating draft reports, and present recommendations to management.
- Develop detailed material take-offs for estimate development and procurement.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree + 6 years of relevant experience or equivalent.
- Experience in hard-bid contract work and conceptual estimating.
- Understanding of construction means, methods, and sequencing.
