About the Role:
- This is a remote role with occasional travel to Toronto.
- You will lead a team practicing continuous delivery and shape engineering culture.
- Work alongside an Engineering Manager and Product team to develop ScriptRunner for Confluence Cloud.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Provide a platform for developers to perform tasks of varying complexity.
- Assist with priority setting and deliver updates to stakeholders.
- Hire, onboard, and mentor team members.
Qualifications:
- Strong software development skills in backend (Java, Groovy, Python) and frontend (ReactJS, Vue.js, AngularJS).
- Experience with Agile, CI/CD, and cloud infrastructure like AWS.
- Understanding of micro-services architecture and REST APIs.
