Responsibilities:
- Plan, direct, and oversee the full software project lifecycle, ensuring delivery on time and within scope.
- Supervise and mentor a team of software engineers, setting priorities and conducting performance evaluations.
- Drive strategic technical decisions and enforce standards for system architecture, testing, and documentation.
Education/Experience:
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field plus four years of experience.
- Experience must include Java, RESTful web services, SQL, AWS, and monitoring tools like Opsgenie or Datadog.
- Position supervises five employees and allows remote work from anywhere in the US.
